The founder's daughter graduated from WVU with a business major and decided to preserve her father's legacy by joining the family business. Her husband also joined the business, and they have continued to provide quality housing to generations of WVU families. Their units have been updated over the decades with cosmetic changes, making them a desirable residence for students attending the WVU Evansdale Campus.
